A Note from Ashley, Founder of Thrive Physical Therapy

Hello!
Thank you for visiting us online, and I hope you’ll consider allowing the Thrive Physical Therapy team to be part of your fitness, health, and mobility journey. My clients often hear me encouraging them with one of my favorite sayings: “Use it and improve it!” I believe that you have the potential to accomplish BIG goals and to live a life full of movement, connection, and joy. My favorite part of physical therapy work with my clients is seeing the looks on their faces and those of their loved ones when they accomplish goals that others have told them are impossible. Being able to get out of bed without assistance, re-joining friends for weekly breakfast outings, getting on and off the floor with confidence, and returning to a regular swimming practice are just a few of the many examples of the life-restoring changes that I’ve been lucky enough to help my clients achieve.
The team of skilled physical therapists at Thrive Physical Therapy share my goal to help you to live up to your potential, and we invite you to join our wonderful community of Thrivers today!
Let’s move together!
